Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will originate and undertake all financial modelling for project analysis, development and evaluation. This would include financial analysis where you will be constructing and integrate multiple financial models, scenario/stress testing and sensitivity analysis, as well as due diligence, deal structuring and preparation of recommendation reports for potential acquisitions. You will also support the asset management team on overseeing performance of assets by analyzing asset performance vs. market benchmarks, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximize net operating income from assets. You will also be involved in annual budget and asset plan or any ad hoc related asset management matters.
You are degree qualified with about 5 – 7 years of relevant real estate experience in both investment and asset management. You are highly numerical and meticulous. You are a strategic thinker and able to see the big picture. You are highly motivated and have the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment. This role will cover mainly the China market and hence ability to speak/read/write fluent Chinese and Mandarin is highly preferred to correspond with counterparts.
