Reporting to the Head of Investment & Asset Management, you will be responsible for the asset management of regional/global real estate portfolio.

You will manage the overall performance of the assigned properties, for e.g. rental, marketing, Capex, Opex. You will liaise with stakeholders regarding any AEI/refurbishment works and oversee the process together with internal project management, legal and investment departments. You will evaluate tenant mix, performance, Capex requirements in order to chart accurate cost projections and feasibility studies. You will maintain close working relationships with external stakeholders such as brokers, consultants, authorities, investors, bank representatives.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified from a reputable university and have about 6-8 years of experience in real estate asset management and with some regional exposure including China and matured markets. Experience with property development/investment management in commercial asset sectors such as office and retail are a major plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage different parties such as joint venture partners and service providers-property managers. Experience with Strata title would be a bonus.
