{"id":16274,"date":"2019-05-30T13:55:28","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T05:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16274"},"modified":"2019-06-03T16:19:04","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T08:19:04","slug":"asset-manager-real-estate-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16274","title":{"rendered":"Manager\/ Senior Manager \u2013 Real Estate Asset Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reporting to the Head of Global Asset Management, you will pro-actively manage the investment properties and land banks located in Asia and Middle East.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with property consultants to establish the highest and best use of the land.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the project team to monitor construction progress and ensure that work done within approved budget.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the portfolio of properties, including marketing strategies to optimize income and realise the highest values of our asset.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cashflow and asset value.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports which over the financial performance of the asset, leasing status and rental collection.<\/li>\n<li>Other responsibilities include managing market intelligence and collating global market\/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Economics or Real Estate Management<\/li>\n<li>You have at least 10 years\u2019 of experience in Investment or assets management.<\/li>\n<li>You are effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin so as to liaise with the management and clients.<\/li>\n<li>You have prior experience in managing international\/regional properties and ability to travel extensively is crucial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply, please send your CV in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">word doc<\/span> including details on your current salary, expected salary and notice period.
