{"id":16279,"date":"2019-05-10T17:46:49","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T09:46:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16279"},"modified":"2019-05-10T17:46:50","modified_gmt":"2019-05-10T09:46:50","slug":"analyst-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16279","title":{"rendered":"Analyst (Real Estate)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role included business analysis and modelling, market research, investor relations presentations and assisting with marketing and communications, capital raising and transaction activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CEO Office<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the financial and strategic analysis as required, including but not limited to performing financial modelling, variance and scenario analysis and stress testing, tracking and charting.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and prepare relevant materials (presentations, charts, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Support CEO and COO\/Head of IR in articulating the company\u2019s business model, strategy &amp; messaging to the market in presentations and other relevant materials;<\/li>\n<li>Draft investment papers, board reports, presentations and evaluations and make recommendations for approval, liaising with the Finance and Investment teams;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a data base of both SGX and listed REITs, benchmarking relevant valuation metrics and providing peer and industry trend analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Investor Relations <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Head of IR to promote investment thesis to investors<\/li>\n<li>Support the Head of IR with maintenance of the company website content, quarterly reporting, regular analyst and media briefings, AGMs, EGMs, Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports;<\/li>\n<li>Draft and produce relevant materials for IR communications<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date Client Relationship Management (CRM) records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Marketing and Communications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the marketing and communications requirements of the operation are met, including drafting marketing and communications plans, commissioning and overseeing corporate and property photography, tenant engagement surveys etc.<\/li>\n<li>Support Head of IR on the execution of media engagement strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications with a major in Finance, Property, Law or Business (desirable but not essential)<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 4 years relevant industry experience (REITs, transaction services, corporate advisory, funds management, investor relations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply, please send your CV in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">word doc<\/span> including details on your current salary, expected salary and notice period.
