{"id":16282,"date":"2020-01-21T15:21:14","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T07:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16282"},"modified":"2020-01-21T15:21:52","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T07:21:52","slug":"analyst-associate-fund-management-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tri-cap.com.sg\/?p=16282","title":{"rendered":"Analyst\/Associate, Fund Management (Real Estate)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role supports the Regional Fund Management team in managing a wide spectrum of portfolio across Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Portfolio Analysis and management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate asset level cash flow models into fund model for returns forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Prepare liquidity analysis for the Fund<\/li>\n<li>Review all asset management quarterly point forward cash flow models and assumptions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sensitivity analysis for the Fund<\/li>\n<li>Maintain performance track record of the Funds and Funds\u2019 assets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare portfolio analysis to review risk and exposures of the Fund<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate semi-annual valuation of the portfolio and assist in reviewing the valuation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update portfolio database regularly<\/li>\n<li>Filing of documentations and management of filing system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investor Requests and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for drafting responses to investor requests, including coordinating data collection.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare investor reports and internal fund management reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ad hoc projects as needed including completing investor due diligence.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and help standardize asset and portfolio management reports, calculations, methods, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Help review and ensure compliance with best practices on portfolio management and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Key Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in business, economics, finance, statistics or quantitative subjects preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Highly numerate, meticulous and understanding of investment and valuation concepts, with experience in cash flow modelling preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent MS Excel and good reporting writing skill required.<\/li>\n<li>Right attitude and aptitude will be a high priority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply, please send your CV in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">word doc<\/span> including details on your current salary, expected salary and notice period.
