They are looking to create a centralised function for their Group Asset and Portfolio Management in their Private Funds. You will be working with an established senior management team that embrace an excellent work culture of performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of portfolio<\/li><li>Monitor real estate research and market trends of different markets and cities<\/li><li>Consolidate and prepare monthly\/quarterly portfolio performance and market reports<\/li><li>Assist in annual budgeting exercise<\/li><li>Review the valuation methodology<\/li><li>Assist in planning and executing asset enhancement initiatives as well as specific projects to improve asset yields<\/li><li>Involves in assessment of potential divestment deals<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Degree in Real Estate\/Business\/Finance or related discipline.<\/li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate industry<\/li><li>Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset and portfolio management<\/li><li>Possess strong analytical and financial skills<\/li><li>Performance-driven personality with a good understanding of commercial and logistics real estate, especially in international markets\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
