We are recruiting for one of the largest real estate company in Asia Pacific who owns and manages a global portfolio worth more than SGD 100 billion. This role will be reporting to one of the senior management in the company and you will be responsible for its REITs business particularly in retail, commercial, logistics and hospitality globally. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be leading the Corporate Planning function for its REITs business such as developing and updating business plan on an ongoing basis, to achieve business goals and KPIs. You will roll out Balanced Scorecard for respective REITs\/fund management on annual basis; monitor and track progress towards targets in Balanced Scorecard\u00a0as well as conducting peer analysis and market analysis. You will support the presentations for meetings, seminars and conferences and evaluating new business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/u><\/strong> <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You are degree qualified in Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Real Estate and\/or Finance \/ Business Administration\/ Economics\u00a0and comes with at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategic planning and corporate development role or REITs.
