We are recruiting for a private real estate fund management business managing a portfolio of office and retail assets outside Singapore and their current AUM stands at about USD 1 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be responsible for engaging in detailed review and analysis of the financial reporting pack, work closely with all business units and overseas counterparts, and external parties including trustee, perform various reconciliation of the revenue, expenses and balance sheets accounts to ensure accuracy of the financial closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will also be handling GAAP adjustments such as straight-line and amortization accounting adjustments, providing accurate and timely monthly closing, analysis, reporting and commentary for the portfolio. Responsible for quarterly and yearly income tax and GST compliances and relevant authorities\u2019 compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will also be responsible for monthly cash projection for portfolio, supporting the monthly, quarterly financial reporting and yearly statutory audit as well as financial forecasting, annual budgeting and annual strategic plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be supporting process improvements, system upgrade\/implementation and other ad-hoc project, such as acquisition and other project as and when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 A recognized degree in accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 At least 5 years of relevant experience in related field and industry, preferably with experience working in listed company, REIT or Real Estate fund management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Knowledge of MRI accounting system would be an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Good logical, analytical thinking and financial analytical skill<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
