This portfolio will be mainly comprised more than 20 retail and commercial\/office properties in Singapore and Europe.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for monitoring and managing debt maturity profile and cash at bank, preparing monthly and ad hoc treasury reports, including regulatory compliance reporting. This will include assisting with bank accounts matters, coordinating Europe \/ Singapore funding requirements and repatriating of funds from Europe and Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will also monitor and review regular bond and loan interest payments, ensure funds are available and prepare the necessary fund transfer \/ payment instruction letter to Trustee and banks, preparing cash forecast, liaising with banker and legal counsel for financing matters such as bank loans, multicurrency term notes, convertible bonds or any other debt capital market instrument and equity fund raising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will work closely with rating agencies, monitoring and preparing drawdown, quarterly financial covenants and compliance certificates, managing the annual update of information memorandum for bond programmes, monitoring and hedging foreign currencies and interest rate exposures, assess impact to hedge accounting and prepare hedge documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be monitoring compliance with treasury policy, preparing year end audit confirmation to banks and handle tax matters for treasury vehicle. You will also be involved in preparation of forecast and budget, including analysis of actual versus forecast etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance<\/li><li>At least 10\u00a0years of relevant experience in treasury and finance function<\/li><li>Preferably with experience working in listed companies, REIT or fund management<\/li><li>Keen learner with positive attitude<\/li><li>Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
