We are recruiting for a senior hire as a Finance Director \/Head of Finance to hold the helm for their finance function. You will be responsible for leading the Finance department in developing and implementing financial policies, overseeing all financial operations, managing their treasury function and delivering timely financial reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be largely responsible for financial management such as developing, reviewing and maintaining the Group\u2019s accounting\/financial policies and processes, group\u2019s risks control with respect to governance, balance sheet, operations and reputation as well as being in tune of with applicable regulations and policies relating to the ownership\/investment structure, financials and tax aspects of the Group. You will also be assisting in asset allocation, capital deployment and capital structuring. You will take the lead in implementing and improving accounting and other financial systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will also be responsible for treasury functions including liquidity, funding, financing, cash flow management, forex management and hedging strategy. You will analyse cashflows and oversee fund flows within the Group as well as implementing and maintaining budgetary approval process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will review and comment on financial report, manage auditors and tax agents on statutory filings with government bodies as well as managing relationships with external parties including bankers, auditors, tax consultants, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You are degree qualified in Accounting\/Finance from a good, recognised university, with CPA\/CA (or equivalent) qualifications preferred. CFA\/MBA would be advantageous. You have about 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in family offices or funds\/asset management companies. You are well versed in statutory and compliance frameworks in funds\/asset management industry and come with good knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws in Singapore and Hong Kong. You are commercially aware with sharp business acumen as well as keeping abreast of the global economy and geopolitical landscape. You possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with senior stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
