We are recruiting for a company who has a well-established track record investing in value add, core/core plus and opportunistic real estate across major key cities in Asia Pacific. Its portfolio of assets is diversified across office, retail, mixed-use and residential.

They have recently expanded their footprint in Singapore and would like to have someone to join them as an owner’s representative/direct employee under their company/funds.

Reporting directly to the Director – Investment and Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the formulation and execution of asset plans for the portfolio of primarily retail and office assets and actively drive asset enhancement initiatives in Singapore.  You will also provide an oversight on the overall positioning of assets to optimise income as well as on-going monitoring of assets as well as the enhancement of cashflow and capital value, including tenancy and arrears management. You will drive leasing strategies as well as undertake direct communication or negotiation with existing and potential tenants. You will work closely and build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified in Real Estate/Business/Finance/ with at least 10 years of direct asset management experience particularly in retail/shopping malls in Singapore. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders’ interest. You have strong commercial acumen and able to work independently with hands on experience and supervision of third-party service providers. Property management/leasing experience in your prior stints will be an added advantage.
