Associate/Senior Associate, Asset Management

We are recruiting for an established real estate company with an AUM of more than USD 4 billion in hospitality assets.

You will be responsible for the strategic planning and tactical operations of the assets in the portfolio, including primarily – asset planning, annual budget and business plan reviews, AEIs and valuations.

You will be involved in developing strategies for each asset assigned to optimize profitability and cash flows. This will also include identifying key opportunities for each asset and preparing an action plan for implementation with for implementation with the property team. You will be reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements.

You will be identifying potential AEIs and working on ROI analyses, reviewing Annual Operating & CapEx Budgets, conducting the annual RFP for valuation and managing the valuation process as well as preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned properties covering asset performance, market outlook, major drivers of past and future performance as well as major CapEx. etc.

Requirements:

You possess a good degree in Real Estate or Hospitality from a reputable education institute, additional qualifications like an MBA or CFA will be favorably considered. You have about 3-5 years of experience in an Asset Management / Hospitality role. You possess excellent written and oral communications and have experience in conducting feasibility studies and ROCE analyses.
