We are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a mainboard listed company with SGX. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist them and work closely with other Finance team members and business partners in maintaining the financial records and the day-to-day financial operations.

You will be maintaining full set of entity accounts for statutory filing and management review, maintaining and monitoring entity cash flow information and liaise with the Treasury team on entity inputs for cashflow reporting.

You will also prepare and submit quarterly GST reports and liaise with the tax agent. You will work with the entity management/business division to prepare annual budgets & projections, and track performance on a periodic basis. This will also include timely and accurate preparation of management and treasury reports. You will review entity journals prepared by Finance team members.

You will assist in compliance and internal control related matters and streamline operating processes including involvement in Finance system enhancement, change initiatives to improve overall process flow efficiency and effectiveness, reporting, financial analysis and compliance etc.

Requirements:

You possess a Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or professional qualification with about 7 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting, treasury and taxation, as well as initial 3 – 4 years of audit experience.

You have hands-on experience with Oracle and Hyperion. You have good understanding of Singapore IFRS, knowledge on Listing Rules, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements are advantageous. Being meticulous with strong analytical skills will be an added advantage.
