We are recruiting for a company with their main portfolio in Logistic Real Estate. This is a newly created role as part of their succession planning acting as a Deputy to the CFO. They are growing from strengths to strengths and have continued growth plan for their South East Asia Markets.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be mainly responsible for finance leadership and oversight on the Real Estate Business. This will include management reporting/ FP&A as well as financial reporting. You will also have functional responsibilities in treasury, fund raising due diligence, M&A/Corporate Finance as well as tax structuring. You will support the Senior Management in decision-making and making sure that the overall financial objectives and goals of the organisation are being met.

You have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance in a property company with at least 15 years of experience. A CPA/ CA is highly preferred. Knowledge of real estate fund finance or REITs will be advantageous. You are high energy and thrive in a fast pace environment. You are articulate and confident in presentation and has strong working relationships with bankers as well as potential investors. You are a strategic thinker and have business partnering experience engaging senior management and various stakeholders.
