Our client is a leading real estate solutions provider who develop/BTS (Built-to-Suit), lease and asset management or business parks and industrial real estate.

They are looking for a Funds/Investment and Asset Management professional to join them as they expand their outreach within Singapore and as well as within Southeast Asia.

You will assist with the overall management and operation of investment platform(s). You will work with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that the investment, asset management, financial and operational strategies and objectives are carried out as planned and in accordance with the investment platform(s) stated investment strategy.

This will also include preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums (and like documents), assist with the preparation of business plans and budgets as well as reports such as financial statements, annual reports and other items required by investors.

You will also assist with day-to-day operations of investment platform(s) and documentation of the overall business, investment and operational strategies, as well as investment strategies for investments and divestments. You will also participate in direct business development efforts key partners including tenants, investors and government bodies.

Other responsibilities include preparation of regular asset management plans, detailing proposals and forecasts of net income, capital expenditure, sales and valuations, explanations of major variances to previous forecasts, written commentaries on key issues and any relevant assumptions.

Requirements:

You have about 6 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions/fund management as well as asset management, particularly in the logistics/industrial real estate space.

You are highly meticulous and organised with an excellent flair in numbers. You can do financial modelling (Discounted Cashflow modelling) and interact with various stakeholders of different seniority. You are creative and can reimage asset enhancement/yield accretive efforts to extract value from the real estate properties. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be very hands-on and close to the action.
