We are recruiting for a mainboard listed conglomerate/investment company and they have been operating with deep history and heritage since the earlier days in Singapore. They have diversified operations and financial interests mainly in property and hospitality and others. They stayed firm in their strategy of creating value for their shareholders and looking to expand their product offerings for existing and new shareholders.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a newly created and highly visible role in one of their new business line, particularly relating to the securitisation of their real estate products eg. Fractional ownership of high quality real estate products etc.

You will be responsible to run this business line independently with a view of having a career trajectory of heading up this department in the future. You will be responsible for general corporate finance matters and this will include fund management, origination, structuring as well as fund modelling and other fund administration matters. You will be managing the full spectrum of real estate investments including financial modelling, structuring, due diligence, financing, legal documentation and closing. This will also include portfolio and performance analysis, documentation, reporting and marketing materials. You will work with the finance and portfolio teams to prepare regular updates for reporting to investors etc.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified with a reputable educational institute and comes with about 7-10 years of experience in investment banking/corporate finance and has strong financial modelling skillset. You have good knowledge about general corporate finance such as ECM/DCM/rights issues, shares placement etc. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can communicate with investors and senior management. You are dynamic and commercially minded with a knack in solving problems. You are also a team player and has an entrepreneurial flair. You thrive in a fast pace environment.
