In instances where our clients have identified the candidates that they want to hire and most often than not, these candidates are currently working for their close competitors. Hence, it may not be appropriate for them to approach the candidates directly. For an agreed fee, our consultant will act on behalf and approach the identified candidate with the objective of convincing the candidate to come forward for an interview with our client.
